About Me:
Software Engineering student with a passion for video-game design and development.
Education:
I’m a recent graduate at Digipen Institute of Technology Bilbao in a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science In Real-Time Interactive Simulations.
Among my interests and qualifications, I´m a versatile programmer, I love game design and development. However I’m also interested in the development of tools which easen and accelerate the development process and help iterations.
Experience:
Although I’ve not yet had professional experience, I have taken part in a number of projects both alone and with a considerable amount of teammates, both from the programming and art departments, during periods of time extending up to 1 year. This has given me insight on how teams work and how projects are developed, and provided me with soft skills such as communication, fast prototyping and problem solving.
I’have also worked at a number of different TA possitions at my campus, helping other students or making workshops for students thinking about choosing this career path.
-
I was hired to teach support classes in which freshmen students would come both to practise with new exercises and ask the questions they had about the theory given by the teacher
-
I was hired to be on lab classes to provide technical support and insights on the design of sophomore year’s projects.
-
I was hired to teach support classes about introduction to C, doing exercises, and explaining or reviewing theory the students may have had problems with.
-
I was hired to design and teach a 25 hour Game design workshop for high school students. I did the research and the design of the workshop with the help of one of my teachers, and I taught it during a week on summer. It was an enriching experience and I think the students loved the workshop.
